I listened to a lot of John Prine in my teens growing up around Cardigan where he's a beloved artist among the locals. Saw him live at Mount Allison campus in Sackville, NB and had a great time. Wifey wasn't sure before we went because she's not a big fan of his singing voice, but left that night impressed – calling him charming.
