Avenged Sevenfold

The album that put Avenged Sevenfold on the map. This is the album where they really started crafting what I would call their best sound. It’s no longer Metal Core like Waking the Fallen, but it’s still aggressive and Matt doesn’t shy away from screaming. While I don’t believe this album has their best guitar work, I do feel this is where the Rev went absolutely crazy on the drums. You can HEAR the drums in these songs and it rules.
